Lead the Way in Litigation

TDLMM is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Trial Attorney with extensive trial experience to join our esteemed litigation team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the courtroom to handle complex automobile negligence and premises liability cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of all pleadings and written discovery, conducting depositions, and developing case strategy
  • Lead and manage trial preparations, including preparation of motions in limine, development of trial strategy, and settlement negotiations
  • Try cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court
  • Engage in appellate practice
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and experts to build and refine case strategies

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of trial experience with a strong track record of success
  • Expertise in courtroom procedures and litigation strategy

  • Proficiency in legal research databases and file organization
