Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe work environment for all employees by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Manage equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure equipment is properly utilized and maintained.
- Monitor and control costs associated with equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement training programs for equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and operations.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
