Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate the needs of our guests and respond promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stock levels and supply areas.
  • Support Bartenders: Assist bartenders with various tasks, such as cutting and replenishing fruit trays, stocking liquor and beer, and providing change.
  • Age Verification: Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
  • Beverage Service: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons and deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate salesmanship and product knowledge to assist guests with beverage and food selection.
  • Responsible Service: Adhere to company policy by measuring drinks using the Berg system or a jigger and serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with proper garnishes.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately account for and collect payment for all drink orders through the POS system.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and stock glassware, utensils, and bar equipment, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Gaming License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external guests.
  • Responsible Service Certification: Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes.
