Maintenance Supervisor

Fluent Cannabis is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain a inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure prompt repair and replacement of equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize facility operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to maintenance and facility operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance and repair activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
