Job Overview
The Greeter role is a vital part of creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive first impression of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, guide, and direct guests as they enter the building.
• Create a warm and fun environment for guests and team members alike.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions, Power Card offerings, and other activities to answer guest questions.
• Assist guests with utilizing self-serve kiosks and provide additional support to the host team as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and front doors.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to stand for long periods, move around the facility, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of the local market and competition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
