Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and diligent Warehouse Loader/Unloader to become a vital part of our Production Team. As a key contributor in the Branch Warehouse, you will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient flow of both clean and soiled garments and products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Unload clean products from transport vehicles.
2. Organize clean garments by route and day for precise delivery.
3. Handle soiled and clean return products from route trucks.
4. Sort soiled items by classification and material.
5. Load soiled products onto transport vehicles for return to the plant.
6. Prepare garments and additional facility service products for delivery routes.
7. Monitor inventory levels of facility services and alert management of shortages.
8. Move delivery vehicles on company premises as needed.
9. Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping and trash disposal, to maintain a tidy warehouse.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols, HACCP, and medical guidelines.
11. Execute other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and clear communication with management.
- Capable of performing basic mathematical operations in weight, measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
