Day (6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and Night (6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.)

Shift Type:
2-2-3 Schedule

Pay Range:
$15.50 per hour plus $0.75 per hour for night shift

Merit & Performance Based Pay

Benefits:
Offered 1st of the month following 30 days of hire. 401(k) matched up to 6% dollar for dollar (Roth IRA now offered)

Referral Bonus Incentives:
Potential for $1,000 bonus for referring new employees. Monthly Bonus for all employees based on achieving KPIs (Up to $2,000 annually in bonuses). Child Care Benefit Tuition Reimbursement.

Main Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the precise packaging of produced bottles by adhering to all established packaging protocols.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various types of packaging machinery.

Equipment may include, but is not limited to:
- Carton erectors
- Partition inserters
- Product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
- Foil dispensers
- Top closers
- Palletization equipment

Manual responsibilities include:
- Constructing and assembling boxes
- Hand packaging of bottles
- Conducting visual quality inspections
- Performing changeovers of diverse packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, etc.)
- Applying correct labels
- Maintaining cleanliness
The position description is not exhaustive, and the employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

Performance Measures:
- Adhering to all labeling procedures
- Conducting quality checks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for a minimum of 12 hours
- Capable of operating multiple types of equipment simultaneously
- High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area
