Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Deli Manager to ensure that all catering orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • WI Certified Food Manager License preferred.
  • Passion for service and uncompromising desire to serve the highest quality of food.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reading and math skills required.
  • Knowledge of the retail food business, thorough knowledge of perishable department operations, merchandising skills, and ability to make timely and effective decisions.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds on an occasional basis and push carts of up to 200 pounds.
  • Full range of upper body motion.
  • Ability to stand for most of shift.
  • Ability to handle high stress levels.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace.
  • May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
