Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Litigation Fellow to join our team. As a Litigation Fellow, you will work closely with our attorneys to bring creative and intellectually rigorous cases in federal and state courts across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a full member of case teams to bring cases in federal and state courts
  • Participate in every stage of litigation, from research and writing to trial and appeal
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies
