Field Service Technician Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Marine Travelift and ExacTech. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our domestic customers, ensuring their equipment is in optimal working condition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining industrial equipment with strong hydraulic and electrical aptitude, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills. You will work 40-60 hours per week, traveling at least 75% of the time to various locations in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities- Erect new equipment at customer sites and provide training on proper usage and maintenance.
- Conduct field inspections, provide feedback to customers, and submit inspection reports and parts lists to our CustomerCare team.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks on machines at customer sites.
- Experience in heavy lifting and rigging.
- Ability to work at heights safely in excess of 50 feet.
- Strong technical aptitude, including understanding of diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
