**About the Role:**

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is a part-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate between $13 to $15. Benefits for PT roles include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

This is an EVERGREEN ROLE, meaning applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and there is no application deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including interior and exterior areas.
  • Assist with tasks as needed, following all rules of conduct and safety.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with general housekeeping procedures in a commercial facility is preferred.
  • Experience: Exposure to housekeeping procedures in a commercial facility, preferably with experience operating various cleaning machines.
  • Skills/Aptitudes: Ability to follow oral and written instructions, respond well to direction, and operate two-way radio equipment.
  • Working Conditions: This role involves working both inside and outside the centers, with some exposure to adverse weather conditions. You must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and have the physical ability to perform duties required, including operation of cleaning equipment.
