We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abode Care Partners, providing high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in their home environments.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based medical care to patients with chronic and urgent illnesses.
- Treat minor injuries, accidents, and other conditions, while collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
- Active state Nurse Practitioner license and current national board certification.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least five years of nursing experience, with two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000, based on competitive compensation and performance bonuses.
