The Culinary Director at Generations is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutritional services to our residents. This role requires a strong leader who can provide direction and oversight to the culinary department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards for community operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary programs that meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Supervise and train culinary staff to ensure excellent service and quality food
  • Manage food budgets and inventory to ensure efficient operations

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Previous culinary management experience in senior living is highly desirable
  • Previous supervisory/management experience required
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid to be completed within the first 30 days of employment
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
