Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Springhill Suites Avondale, AZ. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping operations and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations, including room inventory and cleaning schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting.
