Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to provide corporate finance and ESOP advisory services to middle-market companies. As a key member of our Transaction Group, you will be responsible for providing customized advisory services to help clients evaluate the risks and rewards of complex business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and due diligence
  • Prepare and deliver financial modeling and other support for ESOP transactions
  • Present client presentations and transaction materials
  • Co-lead client discussions and due diligence meetings
  • Research and compile market data for prior or future transactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
  • 5+ years of experience preparing transaction opinions or performing financial advisory services
  • CFA, CPA or other related certification
