Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage canvassing teams to generate leads and create awareness of our roofing services
• Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement
• Train and mentor team members on effective canvassing techniques and communication skills
• Monitor team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure goals are met
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and client relationships
• Represent Ascension Roofing at community events and initiatives, promoting our mission and services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or canvassing, with a track record of achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• High level of integrity and commitment to our company values
• Familiarity with roofing products and services is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in various outdoor conditions
