Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical Abilities: Our nurses must be able to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Patient Care: Our nurses provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, monitor patients' responses to interventions, and report outcomes.
  • Medication Administration: They administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
  • Procedure Monitoring: Nurses monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures depending on the unit.
  • Shared Responsibilities: Some positions require shared on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if needed.
  • Maintenance: Our nurses maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Patient Transportation: They transport patients as necessary.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
