Position Details: Childhood Communication Specialist
Expected Caseload: 15-30 children*

Key Responsibilities:
As a Childhood Communication Specialist, you will work within a collaborative environment to enhance the communication abilities of young children. Your duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language challenges affecting learning.
- Partnering with educators and families to create tailored treatment strategies for each child.
- Providing both direct and indirect communication services to designated children.
- Collaborating with classroom staff and interdisciplinary teams to promote speech and language development.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress through systematic observations and data analysis.
- Implementing various service delivery models to optimize student outcomes.
- Maintaining open communication with families, providing updates and strategies to support development at home.
- Traveling to different community locations to deliver services as needed.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in working with young children, preferably in educational or pediatric settings.
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- A valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply; inquire about our fellowship program.
