Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our Residential Treatment team at Youth Villages. As a key member of our treatment team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing comprehensive medical care and support.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first aid to residents as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, and collaborating with other medical professionals to develop effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first aid to residents who become ill or injured
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Collaborating with consulting medical professionals to develop effective treatment plans
  • Facilitating employee and resident education programs focused on personal hygiene, infection control, and other relevant topics

Requirements:

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a diploma from a school of nursing or equivalent is required. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license active for the State of Tennessee is also required.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$33 per hour based on nursing licensure and experience, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, prescription drug coverage, and vision benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, ten paid vacation days per year, twelve paid sick days per year, and eleven paid holidays per year.
