Job Summary

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating x-ray equipment to produce high-quality radiographs of designated body parts, positioning patients for examination, and ensuring patient safety during procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body parts
  • Position patients for examination and ensure patient safety during procedures
  • Prepare equipment for use and prepare examination rooms for patient exams
  • Verify exams on PACS and report important information to physicians
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in radiological technology (preferred)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Radiography (ARRT-R) certification (required)
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) certification in the state of practice (required in CA and HI)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
