Customer Sales Consultant

Spectrum, a leading provider of telecommunications services, is seeking highly motivated Customer Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $54,471, with top performers earning up to $81,000 annually, plus incentives. Our comprehensive pay and benefits package rewards employees for their contributions and supports all aspects of their well-being.
Job Responsibilities- Maximize sales opportunities by effectively answering and handling inbound sales calls, acquiring new customers, and soliciting existing customers to purchase additional products and services.
- Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy during all sales transactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone-based selling techniques.
- Respond to inbound sales calls promptly and efficiently, adhering to call handling metrics such as productive time, schedule adherence, handle time, and after-call work.
- Sell products and services to prospective customers and maximize additional revenue from existing customers using recommended sales techniques, identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors' pricing, packaging, and products to facilitate side-by-side comparisons of Spectrum's offerings.
- Promote and communicate current marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
- Appropriate sales techniques and sustained achievement of stated sales goals.
- Demonstrated computer and consumer electronics skills, including proficiency in billing systems and other role-related tools.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively, show judgment and initiative, and accomplish job duties.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of cable communications products and services, including video (TV), data (internet), and voice (telephone).
- Ability to perform job duties at a workstation for prolonged periods and work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and split days off.
- Bilingual: Spanish required.
