About the Role
\We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare.
\As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based treatments.

- Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.\
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.\

Requirements

- A current RN license and two years of experience in acute psychiatric nursing.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.\
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.\
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.\
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications.\
