Mechatronics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Apprentice to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). As a Mechatronics Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in maintenance and controls, working with cutting-edge technology and equipment.

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with clients and operations maintenance team members.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to attend a 12-week paid training at a designated training provider.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders.
