YOUR ROLE...

As the LEAD MIXOLOGIST, you will bring your extensive bartending experience (3+ years) and management skills to oversee bar operations and food service. Your passion for crafting innovative drink recipes will be essential in delivering a remarkable beverage experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and approachable demeanor.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to design a beverage menu, manage service quality, and lead your team effectively. Your focus will be on creating a positive atmosphere for both staff and guests, ensuring that financial goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience Creation: Lead the charge in internal hospitality, guiding your team to craft unforgettable beverage experiences.
  • Team Inspiration: Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, inspiring your team to innovate.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Actively engage with your team behind the bar, demonstrating your commitment to teamwork.
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with management to optimize bar operations, ensuring adherence to quality control, inventory management, and health standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Flexibility: Your schedule may vary based on operational needs, with an expectation of 40 to 50 hours per week.
