Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients' luxury brands in high-end retail settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stand post and maintain a visible presence at designer boutique stores
  • Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
  • Welcome and bid farewell to clients and guests as they enter and exit the store
  • Conduct regular product counts and monitor item presentations
  • Complete accurate activity reports and log deliveries and vendor visits
  • Follow security protocols and take directives from management and boutique staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Stable work history in the past 6 years, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service position
  • Active California Guard Card
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and exhibit physical strength
  • Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting skills
