Position: Senior Regional Process Engineer

In this capacity, the Senior Regional Process Engineer is tasked with enhancing operational efficiency and delivering process support to seed production facilities within their designated area. This role is vital in strategic capital planning, identifying project opportunities, and is key in executing and sustaining the Production System.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage as a team member in medium to large-scale process enhancement initiatives.
  • Lead the Opportunity Assessment phase of onePSS deployment.
  • Offer continuous essential process and operational assistance throughout the production cycle.
  • Analyze, monitor, and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective implementation of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Formulate long-term capital strategies based on constraints and equipment status.
  • Work in conjunction with other Process Engineers to maintain site alignment.
  • Provide engineering assistance for seed processing operations.
  • Resolve production challenges utilizing Lean Manufacturing Principles.
  • Identify value through optimization savings while ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
  • Support site safety protocols and effectively relay project information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Potential candidates can expect a salary range of approximately $93,883 to $135,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions, as well as benefits such as healthcare, vision, dental, retirement plans, and various types of leave. This salary estimate is indicative and may vary based on location, market data, candidate's skills and experience, degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors.
