**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced assembler with a knack for the way things work to join our team as a Precision Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a wide array of custom precision instruments from start to finish, using blueprints and engineering schematics to provide finished goods with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble precision instruments from start to finish, using blueprints and engineering schematics.
  • Ensure high-quality products are delivered on time, meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with production coordinators to communicate progress and receive additional instruction.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Quality-minded individual with attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to take ownership of work and follow processes accurately.
