Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin's Spring Street Clinic in Racine. As a Pediatrician, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients, working collaboratively with our experienced team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical histories.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in pediatric medicine.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Pediatrics (BE/BC) from the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or equivalent.
  • Current medical licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound medical decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
