Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at LCS. As a key member of our Community Culinary Services Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve menu cycle programs that meet nutritional and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of sanitation and operational organization.
  • Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring timely meal service.
  • Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, creating a positive marketing environment.
  • Support the creation of a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year restaurant or senior living cooking experience.
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20, as well as a sign-on bonus and benefits that start on the first day of the month after your start date.
