We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a community near Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, and a valid operator's license. The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain community grounds and perform lawn care services.
  • Repair homes and community areas as needed.
  • Remove excess waste and maintain community appearance.
