Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000

Are you experienced in maintaining equipment within a food production or bakery setting? Do you possess over five years of relevant maintenance expertise? The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor role is a Hands-On Leadership Position, overseeing a team of maintenance professionals and ensuring that all operational machinery, automated systems, and equipment function optimally to fulfill production demands. In this newly established position, you will:
  • Manage a team of 3-5 Maintenance Professionals
  • Troubleshoot and work with Controls, PID, servo drives, PLC, HMI programming (Factory-talk, In-touch, etc.), SCADA (Wonder-ware), Indu-Soft, VMS, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, ABB, etc.
  • Formulate and execute maintenance strategies, schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, and handle emergency and routine repairs.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards, ensuring a high level of cleanliness within the facility.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of five years of maintenance experience in a food processing or bakery environment
  • Proficiency in electrical wiring and controls; experience with Fanuc and ABB robotics; familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Siemens PLCs and HMIs; Allen Bradley systems
  • Experience in Project and Controls Engineering
