Bartender - Mixology Expert

The Bartender is a key member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for mixology and hospitality.

• Service Standards: Maintain complete knowledge of all Food and Beverage offerings, including drinks and food items, and provide exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations.
• Knowledge and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving, and ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Culinary and Service teams to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
• Training and Development: Assist with training and implementing plans to help the team exceed departmental goals and objectives.
• Guest Feedback: Collect feedback from guests and report it back to management to ensure continuous improvement.

• Experience: At least 2 years' experience at a similar level, preferably in a high-standard hotel environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, knowledge of catering operations and beverage practices, and experience in a 5-star, upmarket resort environment.
