Endoscopy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Holston Medical Group, PC. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of endoscopic procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

• Prepare and set up equipment for endoscopic procedures, ensuring proper functioning and sterility.
• Assist physicians with patient examinations and therapeutic procedures, maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Transport patients and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Perform high-level disinfection of ancillary equipment and supplies, adhering to infection control guidelines.
• Assist with ordering and stocking of supplies, ensuring adequate inventory for procedures.
• Participate in cross-training to other departments, enhancing knowledge and skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years satisfactory previous employment as Endoscopy Technician preferred.
• Current CPR certification and capable of initiating cardio-pulmonary resuscitation in times of emergency.
• Knowledge of principles of sterile technique.
