About the Role:
JK Findings is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of precious metal components and fine jewelry. We supply a diverse selection of high-quality products at competitive prices to customers, including jewelry wholesalers, manufacturers, designers, and online retailers.
The Invoicing Clerk position is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipments and accurately invoicing customer orders. This role is part of our Order Processing Department and requires excellent data entry skills and a high degree of accuracy when reading, writing, and data entering numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of all shipments
- Accurately invoice customer orders
- Utilize Microsoft Office Products to perform tasks
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet departmental goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of invoicing or billing experience
- Excellent math and communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Products
