Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at La Plaza Market. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of Hispanic breads and pastries.

• Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough rollers to produce high-quality baked goods.
• Develop and implement recipes for new and existing products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in baking and producing Hispanic bakery and pastry products.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
