Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, ensuring the well-being and safety of mothers and newborns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
