Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restoration projects, including project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration industry
  • High School Diploma/GED, Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
  • IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
  • Commercial/Residential restoration construction experience
  • Background in mitigation and reconstruction
  • Highly-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel
