Cake Decorator

Cake Froster: No experience necessary. We will train the right person to be an awesome member of our team
Key Responsibilities- Abide by all NbC policies and procedures
- Uphold NbC's image and brand
- Maintain par levels of frosting materials
- Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders
- Fold cake boxes
- Keep frosting area clean and sanitized
- Track inventory of frosting materials
- Assist phone guests with incoming orders
- Assist other departments as necessary
The Cake Froster will earn a minimum of $10.50 per hour to start. Candidates may be further compensated based on their experience, drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Additional compensation is available, including performance bonuses and other perks.
RequirementsCandidates must be able to lift 50 pounds. We are looking for a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
