We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Optician to join our team of in-house optical experts. As an Optician, you'll play a vital role in helping customers see the world with clarity and style.

• Work directly with customers to understand their eyewear needs and provide expert advice on frame selection and lens options.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with precision and accuracy.
• Check finished eyewear to ensure it meets our optical standards and customer requirements.
• Use your expertise to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Represent our brand and values to educate customers and promote our mission.

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
• Effective communicator with the ability to break down technical terms for customers.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and going above-and-beyond to meet customer needs.
