At the Inn of the Mountain Gods, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Take reservations for future hotel guests, utilizing your knowledge of hotel packages and promotions
• Provide guests with directions and information about the surrounding area
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• A healthy and friendly attitude towards co-workers and guests

The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently standing, walking, and using hands to handle or feel objects. The noise level in the work environment is loud, and the team member may be exposed to second-hand smoke and biohazardous fluids.
