**Job Overview**
We are seeking a General Merchandise Expert to join our team. This role involves leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement. They will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe and understand guest needs, and tailor approach accordingly
- Engage with guests, answering questions and providing solutions
- Ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed and priced
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
