The role involves the research, design, development, testing, and oversight of electrical systems, components, or equipment intended for various applications including commercial, industrial, military, or scientific sectors within the RDT&E framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all stages of missile flight test planning and execution.
  • Monitor and document the progress of preparation activities, providing comprehensive updates on planning schedules, status, readiness, and other critical milestones.
  • Identify potential challenges, deficiencies, delays, or issues and propose effective solutions or corrective actions.
  • Participate in engineering reviews, test coordination groups, and planning meetings as necessary for test planning, data collection, readiness reviews, execution, and technical support.
  • Develop training materials to support various training topics, assist in creating training aids, and facilitate training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and preparation of RAM system and process training materials.

Required Qualifications:

Due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, along with over 20 years of relevant experience.

Possession of a government TS security clearance is essential, and the ability to maintain that clearance throughout employment is required.

This position does not allow for telework.

Experience relevant to U.S. Military or U.S. Government applications in areas such as System Engineering, Test Engineering, Transition Engineering, Management Analysis, or Training Services is necessary.
