**Responsibilities**
As a registered nurse resident, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, and establishing goals, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating patient care outcomes. You will work closely with our experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care that meets their individual needs. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing. You should also have a California License as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Additionally, you should have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret hospital policies and procedures, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, write reports and procedures, and document in the medical record. You should also be able to present information effectively to co-workers, managers, patients, physicians, family members, and the general public.
We offer a competitive salary of $56.22 - $73.97 per hour, depending on your level of experience. This rate is based on national averages and takes into account factors such as cost of living, education, and job market conditions. Please note that salaries may vary based on location, industry, and other factors.
