Role Summary

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch is seeking a Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
  • Provide table accommodations and offer menu recommendations
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid AZ Food Handlers License
