We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Kiosk Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will embark on a rewarding career path, focusing on the maintenance and operation of key duplicating and tag engraving kiosks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a flexible schedule with a car allowance and gas card.
  • Participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Enjoy vacation, paid time off, sick days, and floating holidays.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, restock kiosks, and respond to service requests as necessary.
  • Ensure timely responses to unscheduled service calls, aiming for a four-hour response time.
  • Perform installations of kiosks in the local area.
  • Maintain inventory for kiosks under your care.
  • Engage with store management to foster strong relationships and enhance revenue through effective machine placement and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical and electro-mechanical skills are essential.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and email capabilities.

All new employees will receive comprehensive training specific to our kiosks.
