Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen, with experience in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) or proficiency in other languages.
  • I-Car certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with CCC ONE Total Repair Platform.
