Early Childhood Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Counselor to join our team at Greater Minnesota Family Services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide mental health services to children and families in a welcoming Early Childhood Day Treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to children and families in a group and individual setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
• Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all interactions with clients and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a human services field or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in a mental health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
