Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement our child-centric therapy model in home, school, and/or community environments. You will work in partnership with your clinical supervisor to incorporate each child's unique interests into fun, play-based sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy sessions with clients in various settings
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
