- **Leadership:** Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive work environment.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- **Education:** Develop and implement educational programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- **Quality Improvement:** Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
**Requirements:**
- **Certifications/Education:** Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field, and a valid RN license in the state of practice.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of previous RN experience in the NICU, with a proven track record of leadership and patient care.
