About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate - Bakery Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Slice, price, and package product accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain proper shelf/display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products
  • Take customer orders accurately for cakes or other specialty items as needed
  • Ensure proper handling and storing of product, adhering to safety and quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a bakery or grocery store environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $32,000 per year (based on location and experience)
